My motivation!

So today marks day 6 of my 90 day p90x workout! Without Kenny's help this wouldn't be possible. We have the charting hanging on the wall in the dining room, and mark a day off the chart after every workout. We are also eating better, and following guidelines we have set down for us. I couldn't be happier! This will be the official 2nd week of working out, but first week of p90x, and I already have more energy, and a few pairs of my jeans are way too baggy to even wear!
We are drinking our protein drinks in the morning, and eating healthy throughout the rest of the day. I stopped drinking pop also!
I want to do this not only for myself, but for Graiclyn as well. I want to be an active mommy, and not a mommy that is slowed down by her weight gain. I've noticed in the past year or so that I've gained some weight, and it's just not acceptable to me. I want to be there for everything in Graiclyn's life, and not sit on the sidelines and just watch. I want Graiclyn to know that mommy was always there, and always involved. :)
Here's to the new year and the new me! The beginning of May is my 90 day finishing week! Let's hope 45 lbs will be gone!!
